Why printed parcel labels?
Handwritten addresses cause wrong deliveries, unreadable phone numbers and COD disputes. A printed label puts the receiver's name, phone and full address in large type, shows the cash to collect in a box the rider can't miss, and carries a barcode of your order ID so you can match returns quickly.
How to use it
- Enter your shop name and phone once — they print as the sender on every label.
- Add parcels one by one, or copy rows from Excel or Google Sheets in the order name, phone, address, COD, order ID, note and paste them in.
- Enter 0 as COD for prepaid orders — the label shows PAID.
- Choose 4, 6 or 8 labels per A4 sheet, or 4 × 6 inch for a thermal label printer.
Printing tips
- A4 sticker paper (full sheet) lets you peel and stick; plain paper can be taped under clear tape.
- Set the print scale to 100% and margins to none.
- Thermal 4 × 6 labels are the most durable for rain and handling.
An order-management POS creates the courier booking and the label from the order itself — no copying at all.
